Reiki - An energy modality originating in Japan to help heal individuals using their own energy force. Typically focusing on the 7 main chakras. Some people experience some emotional release, a sense of peace and calmness, or insight on a deeper concern.
Quantum Healing - Non-touch energy tapping into the wavefield of the body to promote self healing from a deeper level. Some people are more sensitive and feel shift right away or gas movement such as burps during the treatment.

Myofascial Cupping - release stuck fascia layers, a thin casing around muscles, bones, organs, and blood vessels.
